WHAT IS A BLIND BOX? 

 

A blind box is a vinyl toy or figure which is sold in sealed packaging that completely hides its contents.  Blind boxes are identical in every way, and nobody— not even the manufacturer —knows which particular figure is inside the box.  The chance of getting a particular figure in a series varies, depending the odds ratio of finding each one.  “Chase” figures are rarer given their lower odds ratios, and thus, are harder to get.

 

DO YOU SELL MULTIPLE SEALED CASES OF BLIND BOXES & MINI-FIGURES?

 

Yes!  Please contact us at toys@timebombtoys.com if you are interested in purchasing multiple sealed cases of the same series.  Although the majority of our blind boxes and mini-figures are listed individually in our storefront, we often have a number of sealed cases in stock.  These sealed cases usually contain between 16 to 20 blind box figures.  Depending on the particular series, the purchase of multiple sealed cases may qualify you for special discounted pricing.

WHAT ARE YOUR HALLOWEEN MASKS MADE OF?

 

The majority of the masks we stock from Trick or Treat Studios are sculpted of natural rubber latex, which is an extremely versatile and durable material that will allow the mask to last for 30+ years with proper care. The nostalgic look and feel of a good natural rubber latex mask also provides the best display impact when it is not being worn.  Please note that natural rubber latex may cause an allergic reaction in individuals who are latex-sensitive.

 

HOW DO  PRE-ORDERS WORK? 

 

Unless otherwise specified in the product description, items available for pre-order require full payment at the time of ordering.  Due to the high demand of most pre-order items, the cancellation of a pre-order will result in a 15% cancellation fee.  It is recommended you order pre-order items separate from those items that are currently in-stock, unless you do not mind waiting.  “In-Stock” items that are ordered in conjunction with pre-order items will be held until the pre-order item is available to ship.  The product description page for each pre-order item contains an estimated arrival time supplied to us by our vendors.   While every effort is made to keep these arrival dates as accurate as possible, please note that they are subject to change.  

 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT? 

 

Time Bomb Toys LLC accepts all major credit cards- Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express -as well as PayPal.  With PayPal Express Checkout, you are able to pay safely and securely with your credit card, debit card, or PayPal balance, without sharing or transmitting any of your financial information.  You are NOT required to sign up for a PayPal account when utilizing this checkout method.

 

DO I HAVE TO PAY SALES TAX ON MY ORDER? 

 

Applicable sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

 

HOW FAST WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO PROCESS & SHIP? 

 

It's like Jimmy Johns says.  Freaky Fast.  All confirmed orders placed by 2 p.m. EST are processed and shipped that very same business day.  Orders placed after the 2 p.m. EST cutoff are shipped the following business day.  Weekends generally do not qualify as “business days,” but we often make every effort to ship on Saturday mornings as well.  Please be advised that order processing may be delayed by up to 24 hours during the peak holiday shopping season. 

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER?

 

We are able to cancel most orders, provided that they have not already been processed and delivered to the shipping courier. Please contact us at toys@timebombtoys.com if you would like to make a cancellation request.  Due to our expedited order processing, all order cancellation requests are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

 

DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY? 

 

We currently ship to the following countries:  United States (including U.S. territories), Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Japan, South Korea, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Norway, Netherlands, Switzerland, Sweden, Finland, Italy, Spain, Australia and New Zealand.

 

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?   

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY (United States and U.S. territories):  All domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail.  Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information.  Shipping charges are NOT refundable.

-Packages under 13 oz. can be shipped First-Class.

-Delivery time is estimated at 5-7 business days nationwide.

-Delivery to all U.S. addresses, including PO boxes and military addresses. 

-Tracking Number and Delivery Confirmation provides date and time of delivery or attempted delivery. 

 

USPS Priority Mail:

-Delivery time is estimated at 2-3 business days nationwide.

-Delivery to all U.S. addresses, including PO boxes and military addresses.

-Tracking Number and Delivery Confirmation provides date and time of delivery or attempted delivery. 

 

USPS Priority Mail Express:

-Delivery time is guaranteed at 1-2 day(s) nationwide.

-Delivery to most U.S. addresses, including PO boxes and military addresses.

-Available 365 days a year, including Sundays and holidays, to most locations at no additional charge.

-Includes proof of delivery with signature upon request and tracking information.  

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY (most locations Worldwide):  All international orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International and include insurance. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information.   

 

USPS Priority Mail International:

-Delivery time estimated at 6-10 business days.  This time frame does not include time taken by customs in your country to clear the package.

-Online tracking available. 

 

PLEASE NOTE:  Orders shipped internationally require us to declare the full value of the items purchased on all customs paperwork.  The payment of any taxes, duties, custom fees, tariffs, or VAT is the sole responsibility of the recipient.  Additionally, it is the sole responsibility of the recipient to confirm with your respective Customs Office as to whether the items you have ordered may be shipped into your country.   Shipping charges are NOT refundable.

 

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

 

At various points throughout the year, we offer free shipping on all Domestic orders that exceed a specified dollar amount.  Free Shipping coupon codes are noted on the Home page.  Qualifying orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail, depending on the size of the order and delivery location.  Certain restrictions apply.* 

 

*Some larger items may not be eligible for free shipping due to their size and/or weight.  If an item does not qualify, it will be noted in the product description. 

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE ARRIVES DAMAGED?

 

We value these collectibles as much as you do, and make every to insure they are packaged with great care to avoid any damage during transit.  Should any part of your order arrive damaged, please make sure to contact us immediately at toys@timebombtoys.com, so that a claim can be initiated.  Unless otherwise specified, the shipping methods we utilize include insurance covering the value of the merchandise shipped.

    

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? 

 

The majority of the items we sell are collectibles and/or are produced in extremely limited runs for a specified duration. Accordingly, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise for an exchange or store credit only.  Please direct all return inquiries to toys@timebombtoys.com within fourteen (14) days of the “order ship date” to obtain a valid Return Authorization Number (RAN).  Returns made without a valid and timely RAN number will not be honored.  Due to the highly collectible nature of these items, all merchandise must be returned in brand new and unused condition, in its original packaging. Sealed packaging and blind box items can only be returned if they remain unopened.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  The cost of returning item(s) to Time Bomb Toys LLC is the sole responsibility of the customer.  

 

HALLOWEEN MASK RETURN POLICY:  Due to their handmade and highly collectible nature, masks are not returnable unless materially defective.  All masks are sculpted to fit the average human head (22-24" in diameter).  Slight variations in size, weathering, color, and hair may exist and do not qualify as material defects. 

 

DEFECTIVE ITEM RETURN POLICY:  If you receive an item that has a SIGNIFICANT manufacturing defect (e.g., the product  has missing parts, is broken, etc.), we will happily exchange it for the same non-damaged item.  Should the item no longer be in stock, you may exchange it for another item of equal value, or store credit.  Items damaged due to customer abuse or negligence will not be accepted. Time Bomb Toys LLC will pay the shipping costs incurred in returning items with significant manufacturing defects.
